Our action plan can be broken down into three parts: 1. Analysis : To start with, we need to establish a comprehensive list of your needs with regard to your organisation, its composition and your work methods. Those needs will be validated or determined by an audit (see previously mentioned audit package). Then, we analyse the configuration of the premises you wish to fit out. Lastly, depending on your needs, we determine with you: A layout configuration Evaluation of the current and specific techniques which will be necessary The budget available for the complete fitting out. 2. Design and programming The results of the analysis phase will allow us to outline a preliminary layout project including a list of all the work to be carried out for each set of premises. The preliminary project includes a complete technical and architectural study. The preliminary project will be discussed, reviewed and corrected until it can be considered as definitive. A time schedule will be set for carrying out all the work. A precise list of specifications will be drawn up for work to be done including a discussion to determine the most suitable contractor. 3.
